Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with Aceloking for any reason within the first 7 days of your subscription, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

1. Service Nature

Aceloking provides digital cloud infrastructure services on a monthly subscription basis. As a digital service, we do not deal in physical goods and there is no shipping involved. Service delivery occurs electronically upon payment confirmation.

Services are considered delivered when SSH credentials and server access are communicated to the customer, which typically occurs within 15-20 minutes of successful payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Aceloking subscription at any time with no penalty.

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorised, contact us immediately at contact@aceloking.com. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved.
